From Minor Work to Full Design and Build
We can design a project managing services and advice package to suit your needs. We work closely with a team covering trades such as concrete, electrical, carpentry, plaster, wall and flooring tiling and plumbing. We can liase with council, architects and suppliers to ensure a great result on your behalf, plus ensure your site is a safe workplace. Our principle builder Greg can also arrange costing and quantity survey services as well as a complete project management service, ideal if you can’t be onsite to administrate your job.

Registered NDIS Provider
Southpac Home Improvement is a registered NDIS Provider. We can work with you, your therapists and caregivers to give you added independence and confidence in your home environment. We can carry out modifications to an existing home or create a bespoke solution for a new build. Our services include access and mobility modifications, kitchen and bathrooms modifications, external mobility and landscaping as well as more complex and specialised disability accommodation.
Outdoor Living
Outdoor spaces are our passion and we can offer and large range of options to add more space to your home such as decks, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, built-in furniture, pool areas and more. Our service includes design, council DA approval and supply and install. We specialise in using high grade Australian hardwood to a high quality finish and we can organise landscaping to finish your space to a high quality.
